PASTRAMI BY THE POUND
Enjoy our delicious pastrami "off hours" anytime you want. Prepackaged by the pound and vacuum sealed. Shelf life about 7-10 days vacuum sealed and 5-6 days once opened.
Our Classic NY Pastrami is cut from the navel, it has a nice “fat cap” and excellent marbling. The “fattiness” of the Classic NY Pastrami is what gives the pastrami all that delicious flavor. After its trimmed, it’s brined for 8-10 days and then hand rubbed with our blend of spices. It’s then hooked and placed in the smoker for 7-8 hrs.

Our smoked pastrami is used for the Pastrami Dip sandwich. It is cut from the rib area and is the same cut of beef as a brisket or corned beef, so it’s a bit leaner than our Classic NY-style Pastrami. The smoked pastrami brisket is not as “fatty” as the Classic NY Pastrami, which is why we smoke it longer than the NY Pastrami to give it a bit of extra flavor. However, it’s still brined for 8-10 days like our classic pastrami, hand rubbed with our special blend of spices; but smoked a little longer (10-12 hours). 30.00 USD
